Toto Finance
Verified reserves, future production and physical supply, connected to global capital. Starting with copper, for the US market.
Commodity markets still run on fragmented records, layers of intermediaries and settlement measured in weeks. Toto Finance records a commodity once, verified, and carries that record through financing, trading, settlement and physical delivery.
Starting With Copper
Grids, electric vehicles, renewable generation and AI data centers all run on copper, and nothing replaces it at scale. The gap is not geology. It is capital and infrastructure.

CuTT
Backed one to one by LME Grade A or COMEX Grade 1 copper cathodes stored in US-based exchange warehouses. Direct ownership, redeemable against warehouse receipts. A commodity token, listable on crypto exchanges like gold tokens.
In development
CuTTR
Copper reserves coming into production, locked until a maturity date. At maturity each CuTTR converts into CuTT and becomes redeemable.
In development
CuTTY
Copper royalty streams paying a fixed rate for a defined term, backed by royalty and streaming agreements over copper production.
In development
All three are digital tokens on Ethereum, transferable between eligible holders, settled in stablecoins and usable as collateral. Specifications are subject to final legal, custody and market structure. Not an offer.
The Thesis
Uber became the world's largest mobility network without owning the cars.
Airbnb built the world's largest accommodation network without owning the hotels.
Toto Finance is building the global commodity network without owning the mines.
Toto Finance is a digital community platform. It connects producers, industrial buyers, investors, warehouses, verifiers and custodians on one ownership and settlement layer. It does not own mines, warehouses or inventory; it makes the commodities they hold verifiable, transferable and financeable.
Built for the US Market
Toto Finance sources copper and other commodities for US companies: directly from mines in the United States, and from US producers operating abroad in Africa, Chile and Argentina.
Refined cathode is delivered into US-based LME- or COMEX-approved warehouses, so buyers take delivery domestically while every lot stays traceable to its mine of origin, whether in Arizona, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Africa, Chile or Argentina.
Mines, developers, refiners and commodity owners.
Capital against verified reserves and future production that does not dilute, add debt or sell output for the life of the mine.
Solutions for ProducersInstitutions, traders, family offices and industrial buyers.
Direct claims on real commodities with transparent custody, settlement in seconds and physical redemption where offered.
Solutions for InstitutionsTrack Record
A live marketplace for tokenized physical assets since 2023. The same verification, issuance, settlement and redemption infrastructure is now being applied to copper at institutional scale.
Blockchain is to commodity trading what email was to the letter.

Yes. LME Grade A copper cathode is standardized, assayed, warehoused under receipt systems and priced on two global exchanges, which is everything a physically backed token needs. The open question is not whether but how: backing, custody, redemption and compliance.
By representing verified reserves and scheduled production as digital claims that a wide pool of investors and buyers can hold, trade and settle instantly, then converting those claims into physical copper when the metal is delivered. This is mine-to-market financing.
Close to two decades. Mines that began producing between 2020 and 2023 took 17.9 years on average from discovery to first output, up from 12.7 years a decade earlier. Permitting, financing and construction each take longer than they used to.
Toto Finance is a US-based technology and financial infrastructure company building the mine-to-market platform for tokenized commodities, starting with copper. Toto Finance connects verified commodity reserves, future production and physical supply with global capital markets through tokenization, digital settlement and transparent ownership infrastructure. The legal entity is Toto Finance Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Toto Finance Inc. is a technology and financial infrastructure company and does not itself hold a financial services license. Toto Finance designs its products to operate within applicable law and works with licensed custodians, auditors and other regulated partners where a product requires them. A partner's license or authorization applies to that partner's activities only and does not extend to Toto Finance. Product eligibility and the regulatory treatment of any token depend on the jurisdiction of the participant and on the final structure of each product.
Copper Now, ticker CuTT, is Toto Finance's token for physical copper. Each CuTT is backed one to one by LME Grade A or COMEX Grade 1 copper cathode held in a US-based, LME- or COMEX-approved warehouse and evidenced by warehouse receipts. One CuTT represents one ounce of refined copper; holders of at least one metric tonne equivalent can redeem for physical delivery through the redemption portal, and redeemed tokens are burned. CuTT trades among eligible holders on Ethereum, settles in U.S. dollar stablecoins and can be used as collateral. It is in development. See the products page.
It depends on the product. Toto Finance's copper products are designed around redemption in bulk, in full cathode lots, delivered from partner warehouses. Not all tokenized commodity products offer physical redemption; some settle only in cash. Always confirm the redemption terms of a specific product.
Traditional mine financing relies on equity, debt, royalties, streams and offtake prepayments, each with trade-offs in dilution, leverage or lost upside. Tokenizing future production lets a producer raise capital against defined quantities of metal from a broad pool of buyers, with digital settlement, without necessarily issuing equity or taking on debt.
