Steven Gaertner is Chief Executive Officer of Toto Finance. He brings more than twenty years of experience in commodity markets and cross-border trade, including roles at eToro and Fischler Diamonds Asia, where he built the firm's Asian operations.

Monty Metzger
Founder and Chairman
Monty C. M. Metzger is the Founder and Chairman of Toto Finance. He is also the founder of LCX, a digital asset exchange incorporated in Liechtenstein and supervised by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority under the Token and Trusted Technology Service Provider Act, and Chairman of Metzger Capital, a private family office based in Zug, Switzerland.
Monty studied business administration in Germany and Switzerland and completed executive education at Harvard Business School. He has attended the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos since 2008. He is the author of three books on digital markets, including Blockchain Banking: The Future of Money and Finance (2023) and Tokenization: Capital for Humanity (2026).
