Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, except that Toto Finance may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your place of residence are not affected.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
