A conversation we recorded in Jackson Hole last month has traveled much further than we expected. Our Founder and Chairman, Monty C. M. Metzger, joined crypto media and community platform Beluga (@heybeluga) for a live conversation during the Wyoming Global Technology Summit. The post carrying the interview has now reached nearly 800,000 views on X.
We are grateful for the response, not simply because of the number, but because of the subject people are engaging with: tokenization, real-world assets, copper and the idea that blockchain's next major chapter may be built around the physical economy.
From the Wyoming Global Technology Summit to a Global Crypto Audience
The interview was recorded in Jackson Hole alongside the Wyoming Global Technology Summit, where Monty also delivered a keynote on tokenization and digital ownership.
Beluga and Stand With Crypto hosted a dedicated live podcast program around the summit, with Monty's conversation closing the session. Beluga later highlighted tokenization as one of its major themes from the week, including the opportunity to make traditionally illiquid physical assets more accessible, divisible and financeable through blockchain technology (The Beluga Brief).
What started as a conversation in Wyoming quickly reached an international crypto audience.
For us, that is an encouraging signal. Real-world asset tokenization is moving from a specialist conversation into the broader discussion about where digital assets go next.
Copper, Tokenization and the Next Generation of Digital Assets
The discussion touched on the ideas behind Toto Finance and Monty's new book, Tokenization: Capital for Humanity, which explores how digital ownership can connect physical assets with global capital.
One of the frameworks in the book is the Three Waves of Tokenization. The first waves brought digitally native assets and money on-chain. Financial markets are increasingly following. The much larger frontier, we believe, is the physical world.
That includes commodities.
Copper is where we are starting at Toto Finance. It sits at the center of electrification, power grids, renewable energy, transportation and the rapid build-out of AI infrastructure. Yet the systems used to finance, transfer and settle physical commodities remain fragmented and surprisingly analog.
Our goal is to help connect verified physical assets with digital ownership, settlement, financing and global distribution.
We call that Mine to Market.

Why the Response Matters to Toto Finance
Nearly 800,000 views do not build a company. Products, customers, partners and execution do.
But visibility matters when a new market is forming.
Over the past several weeks, we have taken the Toto Finance story from Jackson Hole to Mining Forum Americas, Wall Street and now TOKEN2049 Singapore. Across those conversations, we are hearing the same question with increasing frequency: what comes after tokenized money and tokenized securities?
We believe commodities will be a major part of the answer.
The response to the Beluga conversation gives us more confidence that this idea is beginning to resonate well beyond the traditional commodity industry.
We are still early, and there is a great deal to build. But the conversation is moving quickly.
